The Installation Support Manager plays a vital role in assisting the daily operations of the installation department. This position involves aiding in inventory management, production scheduling, pre-construction walkthroughs, and more. Key Responsibilities: Support the Installation Manager in daily operational tasks including job scheduling, inventory management, and service resolution. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of third-party independent installers. Ensure daily installation schedules are met in collaboration with the Installation Manager. Accurately enter job orders in the operations application for scheduling and costing. Order products as per job specifications to maintain necessary stock levels. Work closely with administrative staff to maintain organized job processes. Manage job packets and assist in resolving funding issues. Provide on-site support to installation partners as needed. Collaborate with Service and Sales Operations to promptly address customer concerns. Work with Field Trainers to evaluate the performance of installers. Coordinate with various teams to achieve office and regional targets. Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inventory checks when required. Follow established safety protocols and guidelines on job sites. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Experience and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in home improvement construction or residential installations. Project management experience is valuable. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong accountability and self-motivation. Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate complex situations. Strong service orientation with empathy towards customers. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. Comfortable with ascending and descending ladders. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite. Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in skilled trades such as plumbing, electric, carpentry. Previous leadership experience.
