This position is vital for the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and suggest the best solutions. Your role will entail quickly resolving any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

This is a part-time role with a hiring rate of $13.75/HR. Job responsibilities include interaction with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other valuable items. Establish trustful relationships with customers. Process sales transactions accurately and according to company procedures. Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Restock shelves and set up displays. Clean store equipment as required. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries when needed. Maintain assigned areas in stock and presentable condition. Stay knowledgeable on available products and discuss options. Follow inventory control procedures. Suggest improvements for sales. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and paint-related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
