About the Role
We are seeking an Executive Vice President of Facilities Management to lead our strategic facilities initiatives. If you are passionate about creating a high-quality, client-focused, and service-oriented environment, this role is for you. As a key member of the leadership team, you will cultivate a dynamic and engaged workforce where every member feels respected and valued.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing essential facilities functions such as plant operations, maintenance, grounds keeping, custodial services, utilities, transportation, and sustainability efforts. You will play a critical role in enhancing operational effectiveness, aligning with our strategic goals, and implementing innovative technologies and outsourcing solutions to optimize efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor's degree mandatory and a master's degree preferred. Proven leadership in comprehensive facilities management, encompassing maintenance, operations, and utilities, is essential. Excellent skills in project management, communication, change management, process innovation, and budget management are required. We are looking for a collaborative leader who understands the complexities of higher education institutions and can foster strong relationships with academic clients.
Your key responsibilities will also include monitoring departmental procedures, establishing alignment with organizational goals, and ensuring the functionality and maintenance of our campus facilities.
