The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor's degree mandatory and a master's degree preferred. Proven leadership in comprehensive facilities management, encompassing maintenance, operations, and utilities, is essential. Excellent skills in project management, communication, change management, process innovation, and budget management are required. We are looking for a collaborative leader who understands the complexities of higher education institutions and can foster strong relationships with academic clients. Your key responsibilities will also include monitoring departmental procedures, establishing alignment with organizational goals, and ensuring the functionality and maintenance of our campus facilities.
