Bilingual Customer Service Associate

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. You will be working in Store #3021, located at 7027 Indianapolis Blvd Hammond, IN 46324, and may also cover shifts in the Dyer and Highland stores. Your role is Full Time, with a starting pay of $18.75 per hour. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to meet their needs. Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty. Accurately processing transactions in line with company policies. Aiming to meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas. Preparing and mixing products as per customer specifications. Keeping the store presentable and well-stocked. Staying informed about product offerings and available options. Minimum Requirements: At least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or delivery. Experience with paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
