Director of Traded Credit and Counterparty Risk About the Company Internationally renowned banking & financial services company Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is on the lookout for a Director of Traded Credit and Counterparty Risk to spearhead the evaluation, monitoring, and management of counterparty credit risk associated with traded financial products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping risk policies, frameworks, and strategies aimed at reducing exposure and enhancing overall risk management. Your responsibilities will encompass: Overseeing comprehensive credit risk analysis for various financial instruments. Collaborating closely with trading, risk management, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conducting thorough stress testing and scenario analysis. Engaging with senior stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations regarding risk exposures. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in traded credit risk and counterparty risk management, with a profound understanding of derivatives, repos, swaps, total return swaps, and structured finance products. Proven leadership experience at a senior level is essential, alongside: Expertise in risk modeling and regulatory frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
