The Director of Security will enhance our global physical security strategy across a complex network of industrial manufacturing operations, offices, and service centers. This high-impact role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving enterprise-wide security programs aligned with business objectives, mitigating operational risks, and delivering measurable results. Exceptional leadership, cross-functional influence, and effective communication skills across all organizational levels are essential. The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 plus bonus. Starting pay depends on skills, experience, and work location.
