Remote after training
Training * October 6 - November 5 (In-person Monday-Thursday, virtual Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
Nesting *
November 6 - November 21 (continuation of training)
Hours of * Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST (flexibility required)
Contract **
3 months (Possibility for extension based on performance)

Required Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, or similar).

  • Must live within one hour of Oriskany, NY.

  • Flexibility to work shifts during operating hours (8 AM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday).

  • Intermediate computer skills with ability to multitask across multiple programs and monitors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior call center or customer service representative experience.

  • Experience with dental or other insurance products.

  • Previous dental office experience.

  • Strong keyboarding and computer navigation skills.

  • Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build trust through empathy.

  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
