Position: Human Resources Administrator

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will support employees at our Benton, Arkansas facility and align site-level goals with Corporate HR initiatives. This role helps maintain a strong organizational culture and supports employee relations, performance, and training needs to ensure a positive employee experience. This position will play a key role in onboarding and maintaining employee records, data integrity, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Essential Functions & Requirements

  • Adhere to health and safety policies and maintain safe practices at all times
  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with onboarding tasks, including documentation and filing
  • Schedule new hires and annual physicals; assist with the drug screening program as needed
  • Complete data entry and filing of employee corrective action documentation
  • Assist with unemployment claims representation as needed
  • Handle employment-related inquiries; escalate complex matters as appropriate
  • Maintain filing requirements for local, state, and federal employment programs
  • Complete employment verifications in a timely manner
  • Support HR programs, including compensation adjustments, disciplinary actions, disputes, investigations, recognition, retention, morale, health and safety, and learning and development
  • Assist with data collection and tracking, including building queries and creating spreadsheets
  • Ongoing availability to work overtime to support initiatives or events
  • Take on additional duties as assigned

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Experience

  • 2+ years in an office environment (required)
  • Previous HR experience (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, specifically UKG (preferred)

Competencies

  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Regular and predictable attendance
