Robotics Business Analyst – Innovation & Emerging Technologies
Remote (with travel) | Long-Term | 2 Openings

At iSphere, we thrive at the intersection of business and technology—and right now, we’re looking for two Business Analysts who can help our clients harness the potential of IoT, Robotics, and Augmented Reality in practical, business-changing ways.

This isn’t a hands-on coding role. We’re not asking you to build robots or wire up sensors. Instead, we’re looking for curious, forward-thinking analysts who can see how these technologies create value—and then drive that value into real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business units to identify where IoT, AR, and robotics can deliver operational efficiency and innovation.

• Lead implementations, integrations, and adoption efforts across multiple lines of business.

• Translate strategy into functional requirements and business-friendly roadmaps.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and UAT sessions to ensure alignment and adoption.

• Travel to client sites to support deployments, training, and stakeholder engagement.

• Optimize logistics processes (yes, including pallet handling) through robotics and sensor-based solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot, prove out, and scale innovative tech solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong understanding of IoT, AR, and robotics from a business application perspective.

• Experience in business analysis, innovation strategy, or tech-enabled transformation.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (and back again).

• Excellent communicator who can make complex concepts clear to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable traveling and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Bonus if you’ve worked with innovation labs, pilot programs, or emerging tech initiatives.

Extra Credit

• Background in business process modeling and workflow optimization.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams spanning IT and business stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker who balances big ideas with measurable results.
