• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM

Hourly Rate: Commensurate with experience

About the Role

StoneCreek Dental Care is currently interviewing for a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Vestavia team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting and is committed to delivering excellent patient care.

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of paid Dental Assisting experience preferred (externships not included)

• Proficiency in chairside 4-handed dentistry

• Broad understanding of general dental assisting procedures

• Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and dental board regulations

• Strong written communication skills to complete accurate clinical notes

• Ability to provide a warm, reassuring patient experience and reduce dental anxiety

• Skilled at anticipating the provider’s needs to help ensure efficient, smooth procedures

• High-quality, timely digital x-ray capture

• A self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and a positive team-first mindset
