Join Our Team as a Service Contract Coordinator!
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Contract Coordinator to support the execution and management of service contracts. In this role, you will be the main liaison between vendors, internal teams, and the contracting organization, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with contracts, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for active service contracts and vendor coordination.
Tracking and monitoring contract deliverables, performance metrics, billing milestones, and reporting requirements.
Assisting in the preparation, review, modification, and execution of service contracts, task orders, and change requests.
Maintaining accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
Collaborating with internal departments such as facilities, procurement, finance, and IT to ensure seamless service delivery.
Supporting budget tracking, invoice review, and validation of charges against contract terms.
Preparing and presenting status reports, compliance summaries, and performance scorecards for stakeholders.
Assisting in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Basic Qualifications:
TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
2-4 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, compliance, or a related field.
Understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) compliance.
Experience in contract compliance, risk identification, and vendor communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Effective communication skills across teams and with external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Contract Management, or related field.
Familiarity with DFARS Business Systems (e.g., Material Management and Accounting System [MMAS]).
Experience in international contracting and export compliance.
Knowledge of subcontractor sourcing and cost management practices.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Relevant certifications such as CFCM, CCCM, or CPCM.
Understanding of intellectual property management in relation to contracts.
