About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Executive Sales Director to join our team and lead the charge in creating new revenue opportunities in patient services across the US. Your focus will be on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. We need a high-energy, hands-on leader with a proven sales background, particularly in healthcare enterprise software, patient services, and related fields.
As an Executive Sales Director, you will spearhead large deal negotiations, work closely with marketing and customer success teams, and cultivate robust relationships with new clients. A profound understanding of reimbursement hub center operations and the specialty pharmacy landscape will be crucial for success in this role.
Ideal candidates will possess a BS/BA in business, healthcare, computer science, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. You should have 10-15 years of relevant experience in specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical, and hub services, demonstrating a track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are vital as you inspire and guide a sales team. You'll need to have in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical commercialization departments, client relationship development, and strategic planning for pursuing new clients and brands. While this role requires travel for client meetings, industry conferences, and product training, this will be limited to less than 10% of your time.
