As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services. Building trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions according to policies and procedures. Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining detailed work order files and formulas. Preparing and mixing products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves, displaying products, and keeping store equipment clean. Assisting with deliveries as needed, which may involve loading and unloading delivery trucks. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options with customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Suggesting strategies to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legal authorization to work without sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience in selling paint or paint-related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
