About the Role
Join our team as a Vice President of Commerce Media, where you will lead and coordinate all Retail Media activities for one of our largest clients. We are seeking a seasoned media expert who excels at crafting top-tier media strategies for CPG brands within leading Retail Media Networks. In this crucial role, you'll integrate seamlessly with the client's National Media team and agency, ensuring the development of cohesive, full-funnel media programs.
The Vice President will serve as the primary contact for the client's central Digital Commerce team, providing essential thought leadership and driving business impact. Innovation is key, and we need someone who can think creatively and establish scalable processes to implement groundbreaking ideas.
We are looking for candidates with over 12 years of experience in commerce media strategy, particularly those with a strong background in CPG and retailer relationships, including Joint Business Planning and Channel and Category Strategies. The ideal individual will be collaborative, dynamic, and passionate about continuous improvement, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
You will manage client budgets, seek opportunities for business expansion, and demonstrate strong financial acumen. Essential skills include strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and the ability to analyze data to provide actionable insights.
