Quaker Oats Industrial Maintenance Technician Overview:

We are actively seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians for full-time roles focused on enhancing the efficiency of our packaging and processing systems. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will independently tackle machine stoppages, troubleshoot intricate equipment challenges, and prioritize root cause analysis to minimize future disruptions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the installation and upkeep of diverse electrical systems and controls within a manufacturing setting. Diagnose issues with Allen Bradley components and PLCs using Logix 5000 and other Rockwell Software controls. Engage with various industrial components, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servo motors, and more, ensuring seamless operation. Manage maintenance and repairs of electrical systems ranging from 120/208, 277/480, and assist with 13,800 volt electrical systems. Qualifications: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with exceptional communication skills. Proven experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex machinery. Flexibility to work across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with a 12-hour alternating work schedule. Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance or a minimum of five years of relevant experience required. Familiarity with LOTO and adherence to safe work practices is essential. A solid background in Rockwell Software, PLCs, and HMIs is preferred.
