Candidates for the Vice President of Business Intelligence position at the company must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in data roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Python-based ETL is required, along with a proven track record in data governance and regulatory compliance. The role demands a strategic leader who can align technical data work with business priorities and is passionate about driving innovation in data management and visualization. Experience in the FinTech or Merchant Services industry, familiarity with ML/AI applications in business intelligence, and a working knowledge of privacy, risk, and compliance frameworks are considered advantageous.
