We are looking for a strategic and experienced professional who is deeply committed to philanthropy, with a proven track record in diverse fundraising activities. In this key leadership role, you will spearhead fundraising assessments, provide strategic counsel for campaigns, and offer interim management solutions while driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will also involve collaborating with our AI product team, supporting executive search efforts, and nurturing strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of progressive fundraising experience, showcasing successful capital campaign planning and major gift cultivation. Experience in consulting, recent public speaking engagements, and team management is essential. We are looking for an individual with a robust background in various aspects of fundraising, who can build and manage a significant consulting sales portfolio while working closely with senior management and boards. You should be comfortable adapting to new technologies, especially in the AI space, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills. Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, and the flexibility to travel (less than 10%) are necessary for this project-based role.
