About the Role
The Company is looking for a skilled Vice President to join its dynamic Quantitative Research team. In this influential position, you will drive the implementation, deployment, and independent calculation of our investable indices while also overseeing risk management. This role is crucial to our Strategic Indices business and offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to revenue generation by collaborating with the Structuring, Trading, and Technology teams.
Our team operates globally and engages with a rich diversity of asset classes such as Equities, Rates, Commodities, and FX. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of systematic trading strategies, enhancing our risk management platform, and building robust infrastructure to streamline efficiency and controls.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
An advanced degree in a quantitative field.
A solid background in quantitative investment strategies and derivatives, with a preference for cross-asset exposure.
Exceptional programming skills, particularly in Python.
A deep understanding of advanced mathematics as applied to financial modeling.
Experience in financial markets and a comprehensive knowledge of trading concepts.
An interest in employing agile development practices within a front-office trading environment.
