Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HVAC Product Technical Support Engineer to join our remote team based in Norman, United States. In this role, you will provide efficient and organized technical support for our HVAC products, ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Offer remote technical support to customers, dealers, and field technicians for HVAC products
Analyze and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate with the product development team to improve product features and resolve technical issues
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and regulations
Provide training and guidance to junior team members and customers on HVAC products
Manage and prioritize multiple support tickets efficiently
Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs
Qualifications: Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
3-5 years of experience in HVAC technical support or a related field
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and products
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent technical writing abilities
Proficiency in remote support tools and technologies
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
HVAC certifications (e.g., NATE, EPA) preferred
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
