As a key leader, you will spearhead the integration of innovative capabilities, driving complex technical opportunities forward. This pivotal role requires a successful candidate with a strong record in pursuing new opportunities and transitioning cutting-edge digital products into existing government contracts. You will be at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding a team of senior experts while offering strategic insights to clients in the federal government and across international partnerships. To thrive in this role, candidates should possess over 15 years of specialized technical experience focused on modern defense-related R&D initiatives and demonstrate a knack for leading intricate technology transitions. Domain expertise in digital engineering, artificial intelligence, and/or autonomous systems is critical. We seek a collaborative leader capable of overseeing technology and integration strategies for large-scale programs while maintaining strategic technological roadmaps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the willingness to travel, are essential for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is a must; a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must be eligible for TS/SCI clearance.
