Our Sanitation Maintenance Technicians are the unsung heroes behind the scenes, making sure our specialized production equipment is taken apart, cleaned, put back together, and kept in tip-top shape. Responsibilities: What Youll Be Doing (Your Mission) Be the expert at

disassembling and reassembling specialized equipment

so our team can clean it safely and thoroughly. Handle

daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deep cleans

on equipment that keeps our plant at its best. Repair and maintain key sanitation tools (hoses, foggers, foamers, pressure washers, drain screensyou name it!). Step in as a

trainer and mentor

, showing Sanitors the right way to care for less specialized equipment. Keep inventory of all sanitation gear and toolsbecause you know what we need before we need it. Take on

special projects

that require fabricating, assembling, or creative problem-solving. Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table A knack for

hands-on problem solving

you know your way around bearings, sprockets, chains, motors, gear boxes, O-rings, and more. Comfort using hand and shop tools safely. Solid

mechanical and troubleshooting skills

(bonus points if you understand hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical systems up to 480 volts). The ability to

work with heights

(lifts, ladders, and overhead equipment dont scare you). Strong communication skillsyou can work with production and support teams to get the job done.
