With properties spread across the greater Cleveland and Columbus metropolitan areas, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional living experiences to our .
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in the maintenance and service of our apartment communities. Your technical expertise, alongside strong customer service skills, will help ensure our properties remain in pristine condition and that our enjoy a hassle-free living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of property facilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
Perform tasks related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
Assist in preparing vacant units for new to ensure they meet Banyan Living standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including storage of tools and materials.
Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times.
Work collaboratively with other maintenance staff and management to improve service processes.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience .
Knowledge of general maintenance and repair, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with and team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is mandatory.
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Willingness to be on-call for emergency repairs as needed.
