Full-Time Marketing Manager
Location:
Waldwick, NJ (Hybrid, in-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Reports To:
Director of Marketing and Communication
Salary Range:
$70,000 - 85,000

Endeavour Scholarship Foundation , a STEM education initiative that sends students from around the world to Space Camp.
We're looking for a
creative, data-driven Marketing Manager
to elevate our brand, engage audiences, and drive growth across digital channels. If you're a storyteller who loves blending strategy with execution, this role gives you the chance to manage social media, content, SEO, paid campaigns, and thought leadership while working on projects that have international reach.
What You'll Do:
Lead and execute a year-round social media strategy for
Kallman Worldwide
and the
Endeavour Scholarship Foundation .
Create compelling content (photo, video, graphics) for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Instagram.
Manage a content calendar, oversee community engagement, and monitor performance metrics.
Develop SEO strategies, blogs, and thought leadership content in collaboration with company leaders and industry experts.
Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta), including managing the Google AdWords Grant for Endeavour.
Update and manage website content on WordPress and track site performance.
Build relationships with media partners to expand visibility and secure donated ad space.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on social media, SEO, content, and paid ads.
Proficiency with tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Canva/Adobe, and WordPress.
Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats and audiences.
Analytical mindset with experience adjusting strategies based on data.
A proactive, collaborative team player excited to work in a global event environment.
B2B or trade show/event marketing experience is a plus!
