Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Vice President for IT Compliance Systems Business Analysis. In this pivotal role, you will act as a liaison between business needs and IT solutions specifically within the compliance sector. Your main responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, designing technological solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of compliance systems. This position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to gather comprehensive requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards. Your key tasks will encompass the development and enhancement of compliance systems, including case management, regulatory reporting, and surveillance tools. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize compliance workflows, significantly reducing manual efforts. Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring and mitigating risks in compliance technology projects, ensuring high standards of data integrity and security. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT compliance, business analysis, or relevant roles within the financial services industry is essential. Proficiency in compliance technology solutions, regulatory reporting systems, and case management tools is a must, along with specific expertise in SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, and reporting mockup design tools. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in AML, sanctions screening, and financial regulations such as SEC, FINRA, and GDPR, is critical. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, robust communication abilities, and a proven track record of supporting large-scale IT projects, all while adhering to project management methodologies including Agile.
