Project Manager - RoofingAt Panda Exteriors, our Project Managers interactions with homeowners secures a long-lasting relationship between Panda and the customer. This position is critical in setting the homeowners' expectations as well as ensuring the customers overall satisfaction. Compensation and Benefits:Base Pay 55k to 70k + Commission opportunitiesCompany Truck & Gas Card ProvidedMedical, Vision, and Dental InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid Time Off401kCompany events and excursionsResponsibilities:Manage roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutter installation projectsManage all crews working on installationsCovering a large service area, driving radius can be 2-3 hours 1 way at timesGetting on top of roofs to ensure measurements, take pictures etcCollecting returns from all installationsEnsuring job site safety on all installationsCreate and build relationships with customers throughout installation processUse company CRM software for project information and updates as well as importing data throughout the projectComplete job measurements and pre-installation inspectionsOffering upgrades and additional project opportunities to customersComplete post job inspectionsComplete post job evaluation with customersQualifications:Must be able to legally work in the United States2-5 years exterior construction experienceA valid license and a clear driving recordAttention to detail on orders, contracts, note taking etc.Highly developed communication skills both verbal and writtenDrive and commitment to achieving individual and company goalsProficiency in computer systems and applications as well as mobile technology such as iPadsWho We Are:At Panda, we pride ourselves on being the go-to experts for top-tier roofing and solar services across the Mid-Atlantic.
