Bilingual Retail Associate (Spanish)

As a Bilingual Retail Associate at Sherwin-Williams, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, provide expert advice on our products, and recommend the best solutions. Your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve any concerns promptly, and help maintain a visually appealing store that meets high quality standards. In this role, you will: Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build trusting relationships with customers. Process sales transactions accurately, following company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain detailed work order files and manage product formulas. Retrieve and prepare products from inventory for sale. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Organize shelves and display areas attractively. Perform routine cleaning of store equipment. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise. Remain well-informed on product offerings and available options for customers. Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance. The successful candidate will work at Store #2794, located at: 202 Harper Avenue NW #D, Lenoir, NC 28645. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Authorization to work in the country without sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
