Join Our Team at Folino Estate Winery!
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Bartenders to help deliver exceptional dining experiences at weddings, private events, and large-scale gatherings. As a key part of our events team, you'll work closely with event coordinators and hosts to ensure every detail runs smoothly-from setup to final service-while providing warm, attentive hospitality and prompt solutions to any questions or concerns.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change if necessary.
Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
Equip bar with clean and sterilized glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
Balance cash receipts.
Record drink orders accurately and immediately enter into the register system.
Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins, or straws.
Clean bars, work areas, and tables.
Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
Friendly, professional, and committed to creating a positive guest experience.
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event scheduling.
Ability to maintain high standards in event setup, food presentation, and service quality.
Quick thinker who can handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
Clear and confident in conveying information to team members and guests, including menu details and service expectations.
Comfortable working long shifts on your feet in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
