$35–$45/hour based on experience and performance

Flexible Schedules:
Choose from:
4 x 10-hour shifts
5 x 8-hour shifts
Shift work (with premium pay)
Work-Life Balance:
No weekday on-call after 8 p.m.
No on-call for six holidays, Easter or Halloween evenings, or your birthday

What You'll Do
Perform service and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective, honest solutions— never upselling unnecessary work
Deliver outstanding, respectful customer service
Follow all safety protocols and company standards to ensure consistent quality
What You Bring
Experience:
Typically 4+ years in HVAC or related trades (electrical, plumbing, construction, trade school)
Licensing:
ND Mechanical License, or the experience to sit for the exam (we’ll pay for it!)
Certifications:
EPA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
Skills:
Excellent communicator with strong customer service focus and a valid driver’s license
Mindset:
Motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
