The Global Product Manager, Connectivity, will be responsible for overseeing the utilization strategy, development, marketing and performance of the TTM (Targeted Temperature Management) EMR & Data Connectivity platform ensuring adoption and success on a worldwide scale. This person will manage all aspects of product life cycle and will be responsible for driving seamless implementation and integration of our connectivity offerings in collaboration with various internal and external collaborators with the goal of delivering EMR benefit solutions. Key Responsibilities Include: Maintaining strong relationships with executive collaborators to ensure alignment and proactive communication on EMR initiatives

Finding opportunities to determine where we should invest resources for EMR-related capabilities

Refining end-to-end workflows for the internal sales team as well as end users

Partnering with cross-functional teams (internal and customers) to implement scalable solutions that enhance provider experience

Coordination and monitoring/driving completion of projects involving the planning, design, and implementation of various connectivity software applications

Identifying and driving prioritized product enhancements, strategic positioning, as well as the development of go-to-market strategies for various regions while maintaining brand consistency and integrity

Providing strategic vision and direction to the research and development team throughout product lifecycle

Managing product launches and the product development process to ensure alignment with strategic goals and deadlines

Developing effective marketing strategies, training programs and promotional materials in accordance with sales goals/needs

Collaborating with sales teams and internal collaborators to ensure product profitability

Identifying and developing pilot sites as well as Key Opinion Leaders

Researching market trends, user needs, and competitors to inform product requirements and critical initiatives

Ensuring the sales/field teams have everything they need to drive the successful utilization of TTM Connectivity in their respective territories/regions

Ability to travel required (up to 30%)

Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree or higher level of education completed 3+ years of experience in digital or tech product management with previous experience working with EMRs in healthcare, healthtech or biotech Deep understanding of EMR and how different EMR vendors operate Proficient in EMR methodologies for planning, executing, and monitoring projects IT infrastructure understanding including hardware, software, networks, and cloud computing Proficient at encouraging and nurturing positive connections, demonstrating clear and impactful communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with collaborators across different departments and colleagues. Self-motivated with the ability to work in team settings Analytical and problem-solving skills Creative thinking with a focus on product improvement to drive sales and product utilization Adaptability and problem-solving tied to unexpected challenges with the ability to identify creative solutions Understanding of product feature prioritization Involvement in product roadmap development Proven track record with time management of project timelines, deadlines, and resources, including experience developing and building project timelines and budgets while keeping projects on track At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
