Principal Product Manager

is responsible for driving the technical product strategy and overseeing the delivery of innovative telecom software solutions. This role bridges the gap between engineering and business by combining deep technical expertise with strategic product management to ensure that our products are not only market-leading but also architecturally sound and scalable. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver products that integrate advanced technologies (such as 5G, cloud, and AI) across key domains like payments, supply chain, ERP, billing, e-commerce, and marketing.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite. What You Will Do

Technical Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and drive the technical product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the companys overall strategy. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends (e.g., 5G, cloud computing, AI/ML) and assess their impact on product development and competitive positioning. Develop product strategies that combine market insights with technical feasibility and scalability.

Product Development & Delivery:

Oversee the end-to-end product lifecyclefrom ideation and requirement definition through development, testing, and release. Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that technical architecture and product features meet performance, scalability, and security standards. Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria that are both technically rigorous and aligned with market demands. Manage the technical product backlog and prioritize features based on customer impact, technical complexity, and strategic value.

Cross-Functional Execution:

Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Act as the primarypoint of contact for technical product-related inquiries and coordinate with senior management to address strategic challenges. Present technical product roadmaps and updates to executives and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Risk Management & Technical Issue Resolution:

Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development lifecycle. Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term technical debt. Leverage data and metrics to monitor product performance and guide iterative improvements.

Mentor and guide junior product managers and technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead cross-functional teams in agile environments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Drive a product mindset that balances technical excellence with customer-centric innovation. What You'll Need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in technical product management in telecom and TMT industry, wireless experience strongly preferred. Deep technical understanding of software engineering, system architecture, and emerging technologies relevant to telecom (e.g., 5G, cloud infrastructure). Proven track record in defining and delivering complex technical products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with agile product development methodologies and product lifecycle management. Leadership and mentorship skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)

Minimum Salary: $166,950 Maximum Salary: $241,500 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
