/Hour, Benefits on Day 1! Monday-Friday 1st Shift Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team? We want you to become a part of our warehouse family! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications. Scan products to capture necessary data. Sort, organize, repack, palletize, weigh, and break down various products to assist production. Ship and receive products using assigned material handling equipment. Perform facility sanitation duties as required. Complete various other tasks as assigned by management. RELATIONSHIPS: Interact professionally with employees, customers, and vendors at all levels throughout the company. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (35F - 45F) and occasionally in a freezer environment (-10F to +10F). High School diploma or GED preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. A minimum of 6 months warehouse experience is preferred, ideally in a food environment. Able to work overtime as needed. Must be able to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Ability to lift 10-100 lbs frequently. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Expect a cool, wet, and refrigerated setting with temperatures ranging from 35F to 45F in coolers, -10F to +10F in freezers, and potentially up to 95F in other warehouse areas. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Stand: CONTINUOUSLY Walk: CONTINUOUSLY Drive: FREQUENTLY Sit: OCCASIONALLY Lifting Requirements: 1-10 lbs (Sedentary): CONTINUOUSLY 11-20 lbs (Light): CONTINUOUSLY 21-50 lbs (Medium): FREQUENTLY 51-100 lbs (Heavy): FREQUENTLY Over 100 lbs (Very Heavy): OCCASIONALLY CARRYING: 1-100 lbs as outlined above, regularly.
