This leadership position is essential for expanding our rancher and acreage base, fostering strong partnerships with land stewards, and ensuring we meet our carbon supply targets effectively. We seek a dynamic leader with a proven history of scaling organizations, building high-performance teams, and implementing systems that yield significant results. The Chief Growth Executive will spearhead our national rancher growth strategy, lead a dedicated field team, and nurture a culture of performance-driven results. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, alongside a profound commitment to regenerative agriculture and climate impact, is critical for success in this role. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, ideally with backgrounds in agriculture, sustainability, manufacturing, or land-based industries. An in-depth understanding of sales funnels, KPIs, and field operations is crucial, as is the ability to manage revenue goals alongside acreage achievements. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, an inspiring people leader, and possess a strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. A key element of this position is the ability to activate referral networks and partnerships to drive growth.
