In this pivotal role, you will align short-term performance with long-term asset value, take ownership of brand performance, and craft innovative commercial planning and go-to-market strategies. If you are a strategic thinker with extensive brand leadership and launch planning experience, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in brand strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management, alongside a minimum of 12 years of progressive commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry focused on brand leadership. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, is essential, as is experience within cross-functional matrix environments. You will lead with exceptional stakeholder management, analytical prowess, and prioritization skills. A bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred. We are looking for an inspiring leader with excellent influencing and communication abilities, adept at leveraging data to drive strategic investments and enhance brand performance. This position will play a crucial role in representing commercial interests in governance meetings and decision gate reviews, and you should be prepared for occasional travel to company offices and field locations.
