Executive Assistant To Chief Financial Officer /Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven professional to provide dedicated support to our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. In this critical role, you'll act as a trusted partner, managing high-level administrative and operational responsibilities, facilitating smooth communication, and handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion. You'll play a pivotal role in organizing priorities, coordinating cross-functional projects, and keeping our executive office running at top speed. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with on-site presence Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Manage complex calendars for the CFO and CAO, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and prioritizing time-sensitive requests. Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other executive-level communications. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including Board and leadership meetings, with attention to detail and discretion. Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism, judgment, and integrity. Serve as a liaison between the CFO/CAO and internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders. Assist with preparation and follow-up for key meetings, including compiling agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, ensuring smooth, cost-effective travel and accommodations. Process expense reports, purchase requests, and related administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Support the planning and execution of special projects, events, and strategic initiatives on behalf of the CFO and CAO. Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and support overall executive productivity. Maintain accurate and organized files, records, and contact databases. Provide back-up support to other executive assistants or leadership team members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred. 5 years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably supporting C-suite executives. Prior experience in a corporate, fast-paced, and confidential environment (finance or manufacturing industry experience a plus). Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft polished correspondence and executive-level materials. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information. Proactive problem-solver with strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Experience managing calendar coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting. Comfortable interacting with senior leaders, internal teams, board members, and external partners. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model independently productive while highly collaborative. Flexibility in work schedule for crunch periods is required. Location: SC-Rock Hill
