Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN role at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care. Job Description As an Assistant Director of Nursing | ADON | LPN, you will be responsible for supporting and carrying out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physicians orders and the total needs of the residents. In partnership with the Director of Nursing (DON), you will supervise Nursing Services 24 hours a day and direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care in accordance with current Federal, State, and Company standards, guidelines, and regulations. In the absence of the DON, you assume responsibility for clinical operations. What Will You Do in This Role? Responsibilities include supporting the administration and management of Nursing Services, ensuring compliance with orders, standards, and regulations, and providing 24-hour supervision of the Nursing Department in collaboration with the DON. In the DONs absence, you will assume the responsibility for clinical operations. Do You Have What It Takes? A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you are practicing Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school preferred Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills
