BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): o Inventory control/management (min 1 year). o Experience working in manufacturing environment (min 1 year).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of storage, production and other locations to support complex production and product support activities, flight test, etc. Monitors and analyzes work in process. Updates status of parts and materials using automated systems. Identifies and reports problems and recommendations to insure parts availability. Analyzes problems and resolves or reconciles discrepancies with parts and materials to maintain inventory and system accuracy. Coordinates with various functions to set priorities, expedite and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays. Works under limited supervision
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Ability to meet physical demands of the role such as: flexion/extension (head bent down, head bent back), handling, kneeling, bending at the waist, reaching (overhead), rotation of head/neck, standing, twisting at the waist and walking, climbing/balancing (stairs, ladders, poles, scaffolding, inclined surfaces), crawling, crouching (squatting). 2. Carry/Lift up to 35 pounds. 3. Ability to work in un-airconditioned areas.
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
WORK HOURS: Full-Time/First Shift 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
ADDITIONAL: OT/DOT: once every 6 weeks - 8 hours
