General Manager
The General Manager (GM) will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Luxe Golf Bays operations. The GM ensures excellence in member satisfaction, staff performance, financial sustainability, and facility management, while upholding the venue's reputation as a premier golfing destination. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the venue's vision. Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads (Operations, F&B, Maintenance, Events, etc.). Ensure a culture of exceptional service, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Operational Oversight
Oversee daily operations of all facilities departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and member-focused service. Maintain best-in-class golf course conditions and a high-quality experience. Ensure compliance. Financial Management
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor and control operating costs, labor efficiency, and revenue performance. Work closely with accounting/finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency. Membership & Guest Relations
Foster strong relationships with members and guests, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience. Implement programs that drive member satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. Address and resolve member concerns promptly and effectively. Facility & Asset Management
Oversee maintenance and improvements of the venue. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetics of all facilities meet top standards. Marketing & Business Development
Collaborate on marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and revenue (events, memberships, F&B). Promote the facility as a destination for tournaments, events, and corporate outings. Qualifications
Proven track record (5+ years) as a GM, or senior leadership role in hospitality environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA or PGA Class A preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Financial acumen with experience managing P&L, budgeting, and capital planning. Knowledge of agronomy, golf course operations, and member services. Preferred Attributes
Background in hospitality, high-end F&B operations, and event planning. A passion for golf and commitment to excellence.
