The Vice President will champion a sales-driven culture, provide mentoring and coaching, and develop effective marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and expansion efforts. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with critical skills in change management, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and executive presence.
