About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Investment Banking to spearhead transactions within the energy industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial analysis, modeling, and valuation efforts while delivering impactful presentations and reports to clients and executive leadership.
This role also emphasizes growth through business development initiatives, relationship management, and the mentorship of junior team members. Ideal candidates are those with a minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience; familiarity with the ESOP space is a plus. Strong leadership, project management, and exemplary analytical and financial modeling skills are crucial, along with stellar communication and interpersonal abilities.
If you are passionate about leading transformative projects in the industrial sector and collaborating with seasoned professionals, this position is for you. While experience in the ESOP space is not mandatory, a robust background in investment banking is essential.
