About the Role: We're hiring a Program Manager II in our Cardiology and Peripheral Interventions space to help oversee our implementation of our new ERP - a program called Magellan. Magellan is transforming how we work by unifying processes, data, and technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and scalability. This role will collaborate with global teams to proactively identify and mitigate business continuity risks across end-to-end processes, ensuring operational resilience while optimizing technology, resources, and workflows within a robust control environment. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position at this time. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position at this time. Your Responsibilities will Include: Responsible for driving execution of cross-functional business initiatives through the Magellan program. Develop and execute plans through workshops and other methods to identify risks across end-to-end business processes with global, cross-organizational teams to ensure business performance. Act as a liaison and influencer, helping to resolve differences between stakeholders and drive consensus. Support problem solving and resolution to roadblocks. Work cross-divisionally, motivating teams in the development and adoption of global solutions in difficult scenarios. Oversee and manage use of the CPM (Celonis Portfolio Management) tool to track business hierarchy, refine model structures, and reporting. Leverage expertise in SAP to facilitate system-related integration, data governance, and process mapping between existing, process documentation and simulate future-state environments. Identify, assess, and manage project risks; implement mitigation plans to minimize disruption and ensure project continuity. Promote, identify, and support opportunities to engage technology, including Process Mapping / Modeling / Mining along with Intelligent Automation solutions throughout the enterprise. Ensure adherence to Magellan's standard processes, timelines, and deliverables through proactive governance and status reporting. Provide clear and timely communication to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and project team members. Key Activities: Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and resources across workstreams. Schedule and lead site assessments, status meetings, and decision checkpoints. Indirectly manage the PM team progress and collaboration. Report deviations or escalation needs to the Business Lead. Monitor project progress using CPM across the Cardio/Pi Magellan work streams, and report deviations or escalation needs to the Business Lead. Deliver regular updates and presentations to the leadership team, summarizing milestones, risks, and decisions. Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects, and super users to ensure readiness and alignment. Foster cross-functional collaboration and information sharing across Finance, IT, Commercial, Regulatory, and Quality domains. Required Qualifications: BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Business or related field and/or equivalent experience. 7+ years of project or program management experience. Proven experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementation. Preferred Requirements and Competencies: MBA preferred. PMP Certification preferred. 7+ years technical, professional or operational experience in the medical device field required. Working knowledge of SAP systems and SAP implementation highly preferred. Proven adaptability, comfortable with change and with a demonstrated ability to react and respond to a fast-changing environment. Demonstrates effective change leadership. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Proficient in BPNM 2.0 (Business Process Model & Notation). The anticipated compensation listed above will vary based on the actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
