Our partner located in Brownsburg, IN is in need of a M365 Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for a fully on-site contract-to-hire need. Candidates must have experience supporting M365 and Azure environments heavily based on the tasks below. Must be able to convert permanent with the company without assistance. Job Description

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of cloud-based systems and services within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to support business operations and end-user productivity. Focus Areas

Collaboration & Vendor Support Cloud Infrastructure & System Administration Active Directory, Entra ID, & M365 Administration Intune Administration Automation Security & Compliance Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred or a combination of work experience. 5-7 years of experience supporting the Windows operating system. Extensive successful configuration and management experience in Microsoft 365 products (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, etc.) as well as Active Directory/Intune policy implementation and troubleshooting. Deep knowledge and understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, M365 security, and compliance-related technologies (including retention policies). Deep network concepts such as DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, routing, firewalls, etc. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities successfully. Driven to get work done with limited supervision. Aptitude to learn (keep up with technology evolution and growth) and ability to research to find answers and potential solutions. Proven ability to analyze M365 and Azure usage data to identify issues and usage patterns. Exceptional communication skills, specifically the ability to transform technical concepts and processes into clear, concise, "everyday" language for all audiences. Proven understanding of PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and analyze data. Fully applies oneself to the requirements of the position. Demonstrates a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration by proactively identifying and supporting opportunities to assist colleagues and enhance team performance. Understands and considers the perspectives and needs of others to foster a supportive work environment. Attentively listens to team members and users to fully understand issues and provide appropriate solutions. Works well within teams to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and implement solutions. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
