Vice President - Investor Day Practice (Remote)

As Vice President you will help clients deliver successful and impactful Investor Days, lead the framing and execution of client deliverables, and provide insight-driven perspective to C-suite executives and IR leaders on the full range of communication and capital market issues.

Specific Responsibilities Leading client Investor Day engagement strategy, project plan and scope, and alignment of talent resources with "best in class" practices Excelling in a leadership position to both direct and indirect teams that support multiple client engagements Demonstrating highest level of understanding of Wall Street and key business and investment drivers, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and client-tailored advice and feedback Serving as a trusted advisor by helping clients develop and deliver a compelling Investor Day narrative, supported by a strong investment thesis that reflects the client's broader business strategy, overall market positioning and competitive dynamics, and unique strategic imperatives and financial priorities Developing and execute outstanding Investor Day presentations and communications that reflect Corbin's unique insights around communication best practices and which position clients to attract new sources of investment capital Serving as a coach and mentor to members of the engagement team with a goal of elevating the quality of deliverables and the overall effectiveness of the team Developing and presenting recommendations based on financial analysis and modelling, research, strategic and creative thinking; provide a credible research- and experience-based point of view and perspective Qualifications

Experience in investment research or investment management (sell side or buy side), investment banking, and/or investor relations Exceptional and demonstrated understanding of how strategy and business execution impact financial performance and value creation Ability to outperform in architect and articulate investment theses, as well as convey strategic and financial messages in Street-facing communication materials Ability to simplify complexity and synthesize clear, concise messaging from multiple sources of client-specific information Exceptional financial acumen, including deep knowledge of capital markets, accounting and finance, financial modeling, financial disclosure, quarterly releases, shareholder activism, and the regulatory landscape Considerable client relationship building, influencing, and/or management consulting experience "Best in class" organizational, as well as written and verbal communication skills; high comfort level with presenting to executive leadership and boards of directors Firmly established track record in planning, leading, and executing sophisticated programs and projects in high growth environments Bachelor's degree; CFA, CPA and/or MBA preferred 10+ years relevant work experience Package Offer
