We are seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst (Associate Level) to support enterprise-wide hardware and software lifecycle management. This role will focus on streamlining and automating manual processes, improving data accuracy, and ensuring compliance across asset tracking systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing both technical and logistical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware procurement, staging, deployment, tracking, and retirement. Perform data entry, updates, and reporting within asset management systems (ServiceNow, PCR360, Excel, Maximo). Assist in creating and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for asset management processes. Conduct in-person and virtual audits of IT assets; document findings and escalate discrepancies. Coordinate logistics for hardware moves, inventory transfers, and e-waste disposal. Support software asset management, including license allocation, harvesting, record updates, and process improvement. Collaborate with the Asset Manager and project teams to identify efficiencies and implement automation solutions. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide status updates on asset tracking activities. Required Skills & Experience
Data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders. Project and logistics management experience. Familiarity with asset management platforms and automation tools (ServiceNow, Office 365 preferred). Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt processes. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IT asset lifecycle management in a large enterprise environment. Exposure to Agile project methodologies. Knowledge of compliance standards and audit procedures. Physical Requirements
Ability to move or lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling of hardware. Ability to conduct physical inspections and visual audits of equipment. Team & Culture
