DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Demonstrate an active commitment to safety by complying with safety rules and carrying out job responsibilities in a safe manner.

Monitor production reporting, material handling procedures, and inventory transactions to ensure high levels of finished product inventory accuracy at the stock keeping level in WMS/SAP for the facility as well as the outside warehouse. Identify root causes, obstacles, or tools needed to achieve benchmark level results in inventory accuracy.

Provide WMS coordinator responsibilities including, but not limited to: quality hold containment, Radio Frequency Terminal (RFT) configuration, scanner configuration, new user set-up, and work order maintenance.

Provide training to operations and warehouse teams on such systems as WMS and SAP.

Manage the damage and repack processes to ensure appropriate handling and provide ongoing training and feedback to minimize internal damage rate.

Required to be available on every month end at midnight to clean up the finished good pipeline and work back with the warehouse on discrepancies.

Manage the quality hold tracker to track locations and status of quality holds that originated at Coldspring

Perform data mining for WMS/Operations support of the NCSF facility.

Other assignments/projects as needed to ensure our customer needs are met.

Provide backup to the Flow Planner.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Proficient reading and writing skills

Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

Demonstrated ability to provide coaching/mentoring to team members

Perform daily tasks in an organized manner

Ability to follow instructions and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities

Ability to manipulate/evaluate data and present conclusions in a clear and concise manner

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field, or comparable combination of education/experience

Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience

Experience with WMS and SAP

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Advanced computer skills desired with competencies in investigation and troubleshooting
