ECCP Program Manager for Replication and Growth

The ECCP Program Manager for Replication and Growth, in collaboration with the ECCP Management Team and the ECCP Director, plays a pivotal role in leading the operations of the ECCP Replication and Expansion. This position includes providing technical assistance to state partners implementing the ECCP program and exploring new expansion opportunities.
This role offers the flexibility of up to 100% remote work, with occasional travel to states involved in expansion and replication as necessary.
As the ECCP Program Manager, you will represent ABH positively and professionally while adhering to best practices, guidelines, policies, and procedures. You will help establish ABH as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have a strong working knowledge of the ECCP Program Model and how it operates. Understand contract requirements related to ECCP replica and expansion states. Develop innovative solutions to enhance operations within expansion states, collaborating closely with the ECCP Management team to identify trends and requirements. Provide technical assistance to ECCP Model Fidelity Supervisors in replication states in line with the ECCP Program Model. Guide and support Model Fidelity Supervisors in addressing challenges with subcontracted agency partners, escalating issues to the ECCP Director as required. Update program materials to incorporate state-specific adaptations and current practices. Monitor ongoing workforce and training needs in expansion states, collaborating with the ECCP Training Specialist to inform professional development priorities. Work with the ECCP Data Specialist to integrate findings from quality improvement initiatives to enhance program operations. Promptly address and escalate any contract-level performance concerns to the ECCP Director to maintain the quality of service delivery. Identify and communicate potential expansion opportunities for the ECCP program to the ECCP Director. Demonstrate confidence in working within an evidence-based model and emphasize the importance of data in consultation practices. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Program Director, which may include attending early childhood initiatives and public presentations. Maintain confidentiality of client health information in adherence with HIPAA policies and procedures. Demonstrate ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity when interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree in Mental Health required. Clinical License is mandatory. A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience working with children in behavioral health and early education, preferably in early childhood mental health consultation. Knowledge of principles and practices for delivering early childhood mental health services. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in effective service delivery preferred. Experience with evidence-based service delivery models preferred. Experience in community engagement and facilitating partnerships across disciplines. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication, leadership, and planning abilities. Competencies in administrative, reflective, and clinical supervision; management; early childhood development; and early childhood mental health. Professional writing, training, and public speaking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and familiarity with information systems. Must possess a valid Connecticut drivers license and reliable transportation. This full-time position is an entry-level role within the field of project management and information technology in non-profit organizations.
