Job Title: Sales Associate for Educational VR Games

Summary

Resilience Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) tools to K-12 schools across the nation. Our mission is to reduce youth violence in the form of bullying, youth suicide, and school shootings by teaching emotional intelligence through 5 core topics: self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, social beings, and overall well-being. Our innovative educational VR games are an integral component of our SEL curriculum, and selling them will be a primary source of revenue for the organization. We are seeking a motivated

Sales Associate

intern to join our team and make a meaningful impact in our efforts to create a safer and more compassionate society. If you are also concerned about children’s mental health and want to learn more about the SEL program. Join us! Be a member of Resilience, Inc.

Daily Expectation

Learning VR specifications and functionalities thoroughly to inform potential customers. Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets. Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads. Preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations. Tracking sales targets and documenting sales performance metrics. Ensuring competitiveness by analyzing and researching industry trends. Requirements

Ability to work independently and on a team Can attend (2-3) weekly remote meetings. Experience in marketing, sales, or a similar qualification. Basic understanding of VR gaming is ideal but not required. Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies. Reliable, punctual. Detail - oriented. Consistently communicate with team members. Process eagerness to learn and an open mind to improve critical skills. Receptive to improve problems and solving skills. Objective learning. Must be willing to work as an unpaid volunteer intern for a minimum of 4 months, with a commitment of 5-10 hours per week, with flexibility during exam week. Benefits

This internship is unpaid, but students may receive academic credit through their university. It is the responsibility of the student to check with their institute to be sure they meet any requirements before they accept the position.
