In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to drive growth by sourcing, underwriting, and executing on industrial value-add and development opportunities, focusing on expanding our footprint in key markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial analysis, real estate transactions, and market research. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and analyzing potential acquisition opportunities Performing detailed financial modeling Leading deal structuring and negotiations Collaborating with internal teams for seamless transaction execution Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals Assisting in capital-raising efforts The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA or Master's in Real Estate is preferred. A deep understanding of real estate markets, asset valuation, and investment strategies is essential, along with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
