This influential role requires a strategic leader with a successful background in enrollment management. You will work collaboratively with the President, Provost, and other senior leaders to implement a comprehensive, long-range enrollment plan aimed at enhancing our community and expanding our academic reach, particularly in health and sciences. As the VPEM, you will lead a dedicated team of around 12 staff members and student ambassadors, focusing on effective communication and vision articulation. You will also collaborate closely with various departments, such as athletics, to ensure adherence to financial aid regulations. Candidates should possess a Master’s, PhD, or ED degree, or relevant experience, with a preference for advanced degrees. The ideal applicant will bring proven collegiate enrollment strategies that foster growth, retention, and successful completion. Your expertise in developing and executing impactful enrollment management plans while engaging with internal and community partners is crucial.
