Project Manager
to join the team. This role is responsible for leading projects from pre construction through closeout, ensuring delivery that meets schedule, budget, safety, and quality goals.
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners throughout all phases. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance. Monitor cost reports, forecasts, and change management processes. Drive proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track. Foster strong client relationships and represent the company with professionalism. Uphold company values of honor, humility, hospitality, and hustle in all interactions. Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with healthcare, education, and/or commercial projects, ranging from $1M to $50M. Proven success delivering projects from start to finish within budget and on schedule. Strong financial acumen and knowledge of project controls.
