And with biosolutions, the possibilities for transformation are endless.We're here to better our world with biology.Join us as a Senior Manager - Material Supply PlanningWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations within MMA Operations. This role will lead three key teams-Material Supply & Business Process Support, Bulk Scheduling, and Finishing Scheduling-to ensure seamless production planning, material availability, and continuous process improvement.In this role you'll make an impact by:Direct and develop strategies for Material Supply, Bulk Scheduling, and Finishing Scheduling teams.Act as a key member of the MMA Leadership Team (MMA-LT), contributing to operational leadership and strategic planning.Ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and packaging.Oversee master data maintenance, new material setup, and product budgeting.Drive continuous improvement of SAP workflows and business processes.Release and manage production schedules across fermentation, freeze-drying, blending, packaging, and finishing work centers.Ensure optimal capacity utilization, cost efficiency, and product availability.Align production schedules with customer demand and inventory targets.Develop and refine scheduling tools to enhance speed, agility, and cost-effectiveness.Conduct bottleneck analysis and support capacity investment decisions.Synchronize lot sizes and inventory flow across production steps.Simplify and mature business processes for greater efficiency.Administer capacity cost budgets, including external storage costs.Support Technical Development Plans with data-driven insights and recommendations.To succeed you must hold: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in supply chain or engineering preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in production and/or supply chain management.Proven leadership experience with strong collaboration and influence skills.Deep understanding of production and business processes.Strong analytical and financial acumen.Proficiency in SAP and other planning tools.Location: West Allis, WI (Hybrid)Application deadline: September 26, 2025Expected salary range: $155,000 - $175,000Benefits you will enjoy: 401(k) with up to a 9% company contributionMinimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness TimeHealth, Dental, Vision & Life insuranceHealthcare savings account optionEmployee assistance programParental leaveTuition reimbursementAll benefits begin on your first dayCould our purpose be yours?
